Profile: One of Doctor Wily's bots that was built out of a snow cone machine and refitted for weather manipulation. Snow Man can manipulate weather patterns to create blizzards, snow storms and hail, capable of turning entire cities into ice cubes. Now he's been taken by Wolf Man for his plans to dominate the world.
