I REALLY HOPE PSE DIDN'T BUTCHER THE LIGHTNING EFFECTS SDLKJGKSJ sometimes PSE and SAI don't agree with eachother. 8U

But I'm proud of how this came out. 8'D I was NOT expecting to be drawing something like this slkdjglsk but HEY... IT CAME OUT GOOD. Only took about 2 hours and 30 mins. xD
