Hey, it's time for more Ali! As incredibly awesome as her debut piece is, she also needs a nice clothed ref. Hoot to the rescue!
Ali prefers to dress casually, and she's fortunate enough to work for a tech company which believes that comfortable workers are productive workers. She'll at least switch to full-length jeans for the office, though!
Ali's head might not be the best shape for that cap, but it doesn't make it any less handy or adorable. Also, she's much more qualified to have that screwdriver as an electrical engineer than I am as a software guy. ^_~
What's worse than a software engineer with a screwdriver? A hardware engineer with a compiler. What's worse than either? A manager with an idea!

To be totally honest, I was a little clueless about beardies when I dreamed Ali up!
AcidaPluvia helped me out with her colors, since I'm awful with color design, and it wasn't until later that I learned about their beards turning black. I'm no expert, but I've been told that dominant or confident individuals can have darker beards at rest, so I might just have to lean on that as an explanation. ^_~
