This is the Sikorsky S-92 Helibus. More specifically, it is airframe #4.
The helicopter was developed from the S-70, and has similar parts such as flight control and rotor systems.
You won't see the S-92 in the U.S. because there are no U.S. operators, whether military or civilian, flying the type. And, as of now, I'm not sure if this helo is still flying.
