I honestly don't see much that could use improvement! The perspective on the diaper looks a little funky, maybe, but maybe that's just the way the body is twisted in catching the ball. Looks like it's facing further to the left than the rest of the body.
But this is really a very cute sketch! I like this, a lot.

Is a good sketch! I think that maybe you could try drawing your hands and feet a little bit bigger so that they're more proportionate to the rest of your body, but otherwise I think you did a good job. Nice work on the pencil shading by the way! That's something I always struggle with when I work traditionally.
I agree with ya on the feet, cus they look way too tiny, but when ever I make the hands even a lil bit bigger, they start to look like orangutang hands... TOO BIG @_@
Drawing with my pencils is my favorite way to draw though, so YAY ^_____^ It's digital that's the hard part O:

Truly I dont see the need for a lot of improvement because I think you have a great shading with the pencil and really I think it has a great look with the face and the diaper and the pose and all of that is very nice so overall I think it is one of the better traditional pieces you have done, especially that shading!
Also yes the hands and feet are kinda smaller but I think that everyone can get tripped up from time to time so just keep working at that and you should be fine!
