I don't know why I didn't post this here, but here it is! Kelly the Flareon!

Bio: Kelly is the younger sister of Julia the Flareon. When Julia's parents split, Julia's father re-married, and shortly afterwards Kelly was born. However, that relationship also didn't last very long, and Kelly went to live with her mother (who lived in Japan). For this reason, she hasn't ever met her sister, and doesn't know her sister even exists. She has an exciting interest in shoujo anime and artwork, and is a passionate artist. In the future, she strives to become a manga artist of her very own company! It might be a high hope, but it won't stop her. ;) She's good enough to be one at least.
Kelly is quite unlike the other individuals who live around her. She has a love for American food, including hamburgers, hot dogs, bacon, pizza, tacos--anything stereotyped as "American." She doesn't mind sushi and other Japanese foods--she eats that everyday. However, her love for American style food makes her pop out from the crowd (How many people do you know would eat an 8-oz. steak everyday in Japan if they could afford it? P: ). She also has a strong love for apples (ringo), which earned her the nickname "Rin-chan," or "Ringo" from her friends.
Kelly is a very energetic girl, and loves to play video games. Growing up, she loved her Sega Genesis, and was very passionate about the games she enjoyed. In addition to games, she enjoyed watching Sailor Moon, and later on in life, Tokyo Mew Mew. She can be a very girly-girl, but she's very cute as well. She loves drawing fan art, and she loves to sing! What Julia doesn't seem to do or enjoy doing, Kelly seems to make up the other half. ;)
