This is my whole idea on how Rairai and Scrafty came to met.
Rai of course being an electric pokemon, has to be cautious of swimming.
Though she started drowning and the only one around to notice was Scrafty.
After dove in to save her, he rushed her to the nearest hospital uwu
Soon after Rai had recovered, she was doing very well.
The first face she saw when she woke up was her hero.
