Livestream commission. This is Ninjara, an anthropomorphic fox and Raphael's girlfriend from Archie's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures comics who was created by Dean Clarrain and Chris Allan.
In the comics, Ninjara is from a race of Fox People. However, I thought it would be fun to see her be mutated from a regular fox. As for the mutagen giving her clothing and accessories, it was Cybercat's idea.
