I figured I'd share a little bit about the smaller, cuter and the more technologically advanced of Zoketar. Other fine tuned details about my adorable scalies will emerge later.

Home Galaxy: Zoken Major (The Andromeda Galaxy)

Species Type: The Hinuzuna are essentially evolved dragons, and give birth to a clutch of 4-8 eggs. They are also warm-blooded.

Average Height: 4' 6'' (Male) (Female): 4' 8''

Average Weight: 60kg or 95kg with the tail (Female): 65kg or 113kg with the tail

Average Lifespan: (Male) 245 years (Female) 332 years (545 to 700 years with gene therapy and cybernetics.)

Birthrate: 4 to 8 are hatched in a brood. After breeding, females lay eggs in a special incubation system, in Incubation Centers within their local hospitals. The fetuses develop within the egg for up to five to seven months. Hinuzuna do not have breast milk, their black nipples only show themselves during mating and are just pleasure centers. They are omnivorous and are born with teeth that fall out and are replaced with permanent ones by adulthood.

Sex in Hinuzuna culture has always been prominent and a close second to science and curiosity in importance. Zoketarian Dwarfs have multiple g-spots, two in the anus and three in the female's genitals, so over-population can be an issue at times without proper sexual education reform in place, this lack of oversight has been a recent problem in the outer colony worlds especially, which is exacerbated by a sex dominated culture and a rather aggressive sex industry across both regions. The Zoketarian Government in response has made the 'Collaboration to Lead Adolescents to Maturity' program or "CALM" to stem the tide of pre-adulthood pregnancy which includes multi-billion Debt Credit programs that assist in sexual education and contraceptive distribution centers. CALM also provides tax relief to individuals who have only a single brood of four to eight instead of the average eighteen to twenty-four for adults.

Population: (Zoken 'Amatheya') 12.3 Billion (Core and Mid-Worlds) 247 billion (Outer Colony Worlds) 56 billion

Territory Size: The Zoketarian Empire during it's Expansion Era when the Zoketarian Alphas were in power, managed to officially claim seventy percent of their home galaxy around fifty percent of their two neighboring galaxies and ten percent of the Milky Way (Zoken Minor). However, only a total five percent of all of their total territory has been properly explored.

After the Great Civil War when the Alphas were ousted, contact with the outer colonies beyond the Estella Major and Erracon Major Gateways have been destroyed by desperate Zoketar to prevent the Alphas from escaping their own Galaxy, both Gateways are still under reconstruction. The Zomest Major (Milky Way) Gateway has just been recently repaired and serves as the last critical supply chain between the four Galaxies in the Zoketarian Empire, so it's extremely busy port which requires a massive army alone to protect it until the other two Dark Void Gates are rebuilt.

Religions: One Religion has survived the numerous renaissances the Zoketar have gone through and it is an ancient polytheistic faith that follows the Goddesses Zokara (Goddess of Death and War), Zonkeira (Goddess of Life and Fertility) and a host of other deities that watch over different aspects of daily life, one of the most popular being the God Hastt who of which presides over festivals and heavy drinking. (80% of Zoketarian Dwarfs are either Agnostic or Atheist.)

Government and Military: On the core world Zoken, there is a united planetary body consisting of eighty-six nation states, the largest and most powerful of which is currently in orbit, is known as 'Callistera' Though Zoken doesn't carry much weight concerning general politics compared to the Central Interstellar Covenant, which presides over the Galactic territories as a whole, the homeworld's elected representative to the Covenant decides the winning vote and has the final say when it comes to directing military forces within' the core systems and colonies beyond the Galactic Warp Gates; she is known as the Supreme High Mistress.

In times of war, the CIC takes complete control of all worlds and the Supreme High Mistress is granted temporary emergency powers. Such a move has only been used twice, once during the 'Great Civil War', which occurred 12,000 years ago when the Zoketarian Dwarfs and Behemoths won back their freedom from their most violent cousin: 'The Zoketarian Alphas'. This sub-species is thought to have been rendered extinct. The second time was during an encounter with an advanced species called the "Alleverra". A war in which threw them back into undiscovered space, this recent conflict created a fleet of pirates that continue to harass Zoketarian merchant ships to this day.

If the Supreme High Mistress is convicted of abusing her powers, she is stripped of her status by simple majority vote in the CIC and a new representative of Zoken is again elected by the populace.

As for warships and military forces, true numbers on warships galaxy wide are classified, however, the largest fleet, the Zoellamaru First Core Fleet consists of: eighty-seven carriers, seventy battleships, twenty-four dreadnoughts, three-hundred frigates and around four-hundred destroyers and tens of thousands of fighters to act as the first line of defense and finally two highly advanced Zozena Class Capital Ships which are their largest ships that can be publicly announced, around 12.2km long and 4.4km wide, weighing in at 2.6 billion metric tons.

The number of marines can swell to over the tens of billions strong during war time, however, during times of peace, general defense forces are only around two billion across much of the core worlds. However, most statistics relating to military matters is classified.

The Pact: This controversial 'treaty' was created to prevent the spread of 'unwanted contagion' from the home galaxy, whether it be sentient or non sentient lifeforms and technology. In times of great conflict that can pose a threat outside of their home galaxy, Intergalactic colonies are instructed by the Supreme High Mistress to have a military presence on any habitable world in their range, including worlds populated by other sentient species, giving the home race the choice of giving up their autonomy for safety and preservation, or are to be terminated for obstructing the 'greater good'. If these species agree to the terms, they are graded on their social and technological advancement. If they fail either category, they will not only lose their autonomy, but will be forced to surrender personal freedoms and are to be 'educated' to accept Zoketarian societal norms to protect them from extinction. If these species resist, they are to be put down for the 'greater good'.

Economy: On a planetary level, communism mixed with hard capitalism typically takes root in the outer colonies, most core worlds and medium ranged worlds adopt a socialist route. The developed inner worlds enjoy a stable and robust economy, involving some mining, corporate urban development/resource management, food processing and a mix of pleasure based industries. The outer colony worlds however are more mining driven, for these worlds are financed through ore collection, colonization and energy industries on the surface. However, the sex trade, slavery and gambling corporations are robust and drive a vast shadow economy and local governments are usually powerless to stop it, despite regular political advertisements promising to rid the galaxy of it. Corruption in the Outer Colonies is very common.

Backstory:

Orbiting the red binary dwarf stars Zonkeira and Zokara, Zoken is one of three worlds that share the massive habitable zone of it's eleven world system. Originally called the Hinuzuna this ancient people discovered science and reasoning when their species was threatened by a massive Ice Age and needed to adapt and advance quickly to escape extinction. Saved by their technology and blessed with a large brain and intense curiosity, the newly named Zoketar (meaning 'Our people') went through a series of technological explosions in a short time, splitting the atom just a thousand years after developing agriculture.

However, with quick advances came great costs, a religious insurrection an atomic war and swift industrialization in the name of science and progress nearly drove this species into extinction. If it wasn't for the discovery of life outside their own planet, their story would of ended with a second atomic war in the name of 'Moral Integrity" and thus possibly total annihilation of their own planet's bio-mass. This newly enlightened culture soon discovered their lust for space exploration and a desperate need to meet their new neighbors drove huge amounts of economic incentives to get them to those sister worlds.

First Contact however, came as a blessing, a curse and a new awakening....

The dwarfs discovered two new cultures, one on each sister world. The Namuheeri (Zoketarian Behemoths) and the Amussari (Zoketarian Alphas, or the newly dubbed Zokari "Our Failure").

Through deceit, the Amussari betrayed and corrupted the dwarfs and Namu with promises of galactic dominance, lust and riches beyond imagining, using their guile and their female's sexual appeal to dominate the other two sub-species. This pact formed the Zoketarian Empire and with the technological prowess of the dwarfs and strength of the Behemoths, this drove a swift territorial expansion and genocidal tsunami that lasted 3,000 years. For a time, this level of corruption, death and vice seemed unending.

Fortunately for us and any other species in and outside their galaxy, the dwarfs and behemoths broke free of their haze and realized their hidden prison. Within a span of a few centuries, cultural revolutions and backroom alliances with other species would become "The Great Civil War". This great conflict spanned the entire galaxy lasting many generations, causing great death and genocides on a galactic scale, resulting in the near extinction of the Hinuzuna, Zokari and even the Namuheeri. After a desperate last stand on their homeworld, the remaining populations of the Zokari fled into uncharted space, slowly being hunted down mercilessly by a vengeful Galaxy.

The winning faction would soon reorganize into the CIC, forming a new Zoketarian Democracy, bringing not true peace, but for the most part stability and regrowth for a devastated Galaxy for the next 12,000 years. Though it has long been accepted that the Zokari have been eradicated, there have been rumors of 'ghost ships' and increased pirate activity in the outer colonies bordering uncharted space.

It would seem that the past sins of the Zoketarian Dwarfs are beginning to re-emerge and old enemies are making their first moves.
