Your comic is an excellent example of modern story telling! Limited animation in a comic page that kind of plays out infront of you is a great way to use flash animation to aid a story. We need more innovations like this, and the story is wonderful so far!

An argument would work the same way any other interaction would. Anyone involved in the interaction would pay their half of the fee based on amount of time the interaction lasted. When it comes to Daily Leisure Credit for verbal interaction there is no distinction between a normal conversion, an argument, a speech, whatever. So I guess you'd better make it worth your money!
