When I first adopted a persona to play around online I wanted to be a shapechanger. Truthfully I've wanted to be one for a long time, but that's a matter for another posting. A lot of shapechangers use the same color scheme, have identifiable markings that follow them through their transformations, or always return to some common body shape that they can be identified with. The way I did it I never established a centralized form or characteristic and it worked well enough for the chatrooms I visited. I just kept endlessly going from shape to shape.
For a conbadge though, a character with no physical theme other than being able to transform, is a little hard to do. But for this AnthroCon I really wanted to try to make a badge so I smooshed together a few different ideas I've considered over the years and made these. When I put them all together they'll be like a flip badge that I can, and will, rotate through during the con. I'm not so sure how well it will work but I'll find out next week.
So if you see anything familiar feel free to say Hi. It'll be easier to make out than the con issued badge.
Ok, it's moved to profile ID for now. It's a shame that it can only be in the scraps bin for that.

The snake and the dolphin are my favourites, of course. :}===< The snake's pose and expression and attitude and markings are all super bad-ass, smug, charming, perfect snake-ness. <3
I have to ask, though, why not put the pictures into the grid in the order of the letters? Like, the 'M' is the ankylosaurus, the 'e' is the dolphin, etc. So, was it some other scheme, based on colours or maybe the gender of the characters? *peers closer*
Speaking of gender, the equitaur and the husky are definitely female, but I think the bird is too..?
I feel like this should be your FA front page ID picture, the one on the right, above the shouts, you know? Put this collage of all 9 into scraps (to use it as an ID pic) and upload larger sizes of the individual panels into your proper gallery so we can see them all nice and big! :D
Or vice versa, leave this in your main gallery and then the nine pictures can be a rotating cycle of ID pics (you'd just have to remember to change it every once in a while.)
