Pimey's character Eepehk the Oracle Gnome in the Pathfinder RPG, in the process of pulling off his 'Energy Body' ability, which turns him into essentially a great ball of white fire XD The reason he has wings and tail are 'a long story which would be explained well if his hair was brushed back'.
