My only suggestion to you is to experiment. Anything you don't normally do. Something traditional - draw with something you've never drawn with before, or on something you've never drawn with before. Try new things! Can you use this marker on newsprint? What will it look like? Use a program you don't normally use, or avoid all of your favorite colors and tools/brushes. Use colors brighter or darker than you normally do! Blend more, or don't blend at all. See how many characters you can fit into a 500x500 canvas!
Limit your palette - maybe try to make pixel art with the old NES palette? There's lots of different things you can try, just gotta stick a toe or two outside your comfort zone! ;v; Experimentation and challenging yourself is an easy way to improve before you've even realized it, and it should help break you out of that gross stagnating feeling. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of your art in the future, you've got a wonderful sort of personal flair that shows through in all the different mediums and styles you use and I always love to see more of it.
