The making of my PRCC'13 badge-Langheck as Dr. Ian Malcolm
At the risk of being overshadowed by my Jurassic Park logo magnet, I give to ya my PRCC'13 "badge"
Here's what it took.
You'll find copies of the original artwork in various sizes.
Using the smallest one, I quickly finalized it. Then I found out that the plastic sleeve that I bought was too big, so I quickly did the second-smallest the night before the 'Con.
You may have also noticed the inspiration behind all this: Dr. Ian Malcolm, whom I went as. Here's the main reference pic used:

I'll confess: all of the pictures regarding my badge had to be retaken and reworked a little on Photoshop because the lighting was horrible.
Yet this particular re-take hasn't been touched up. No Hue/Saturation tricks or Levels manipulation. It's as it came from the camera.
Plus, I was sick of chasing the right moment to take a good pic.
