Put the sock on (or stuff it with plastic bags/paper towels/etc). Place the toes where you want them. Lift up the back end of the toe, and glue it. I use hot glue at this point, as e6000 doesn't like foam!! Let it cool/dry/bond, then lift up the front of the toe and continue to glue the rest of it to the sock.
