I realized that the last time I had created this symbol for my general reference it had been done in a (seriously) inferior paint program. Now that I have GIMP and a knowledge of how to use it I was able to revamp my fursona's symbol and add in the small change I've been debating about for a little while.
The symbol's main colors, green and blue, are my favorite regular colors and thus also the colors of Kinaru. The silver glow in the middle is resent. At one time I represented myself as a silver shoyru, or midget dragon for those who don't play Neopets, and that representation has come to blend itself into Kinaru as one of his alternate appearances, which I haven't shown here and probably wont discuss further in this overview. The three sides represent the three different aspects of myself, and in turn real partitions of Kinaru's personality. They are not necessarily separate personalities, but just pieces of the whole. in order from most displayed to least in us-
Jerry: The right section of the symbol representing logic, values, and affection. His main personality flaw is that he leaves no room for spontaneity and can be overly harsh and unmoving when he believes he is right. When Kinaru takes the form of Jerry he becomes a green and blue dire wolf with tremendous strength.
Jay: The bottom section of the symbol representing hyperactivity, playfulness, and overall randomness. Jay tends to be hyper-aware of his surroundings, but rarely can keep focus on one thing for too long. When Kinaru becomes Jay he takes the form of a blue and green squirrel who can run at full speed without stopping, never runs out of energy, and technically doesn't need to sleep. Yes there is an explanation but that would be getting into too much detail.
Kardon: After whom this account was named. Kardon represents basic emotion, temper, mischievousness, and desire. Needless to say he doesn't really think ahead and he constantly butts heads with Jerry, but beneath the base surface he actually is a good person. Kinaru basically never takes the form of Kardon because Kardon basically never gives control back, but when he is out he has the same appearance Kinaru had before drinking the mage water: a cross fox/wolf hybrid. Unlike Kinaru at that stage in life Kardon has the ability to convert matter and energy, though he doesn't really know what he's technically doing and to what extent his ability reaches.
In any case, long description for a simple picture, just started writing and couldn't stop ^_^;
