This is a Raek. Raeks are teh elemental beings in the world of Nytemaer. They each control and live off of the energy of an element.

Each Raek has a very different appearance. Some are small, some are big.

Raeks are able to lend their powers to anyone they see is strong enough. Or they can do it if they liek them enough.

This particullar Raek is named Lethic he is the Raek of Black Fire. His wings are the same as Praexus, dead and lifeless, but Lethic is still able to levitate. Lethic is Praexus's buddy. Lethic sometimes lends his Black Fire to Praexus for fun, seeing as how Praexus is in love with the Black Fire element.
