Twas at Multnomah Falls Park in northern Oregon State. This is the upper part of the trail probably about 4 miles in or so. Not far really, though its that first mile or so thats the one that stops most folks at the top of the hill. Their mistake. ;) its sooo quiet and beautiful here.
I'd go a little further up the trail personally. Like these two examples:

Its just spectacular secenery all around. As for my camera, its not the top end by any means (discontinued, but still available for anywhere around $250-3something.)

Gresham, Troutdale, even Portland! All nearby towns to stay at. Its just a few miles east of them all! And Extremely worth the visit. Get on some good hiking shoes cause the trek up to the top is quite strenous (its all paved to the top, but still challenging)
