"Kakarott, get–" Vegeta stopped mid-sentence to push again, his face turning red, the baby shifting down further as the contraction passed. Goku reached in to help again only having the prince shove him away again. “Go away.. Kakarrot....” “You know what, Vegeta if you wanna do this on your own be my guest...” Goku pouted turning and making his way to the door, pausing. Wait for it, wait for it.... “Kakarott, wait....” He turned to look back at his mate, seeing blush spread across the small man’s face. “kakarrot...I... I.....” Goku walked back to the bed smiling gently. “ I know Vegeta, Im here, don’t worry” The next contraction died down after a minute and Vegeta gave Goku permission to check his progress. “ You’re fully dilated and I can see the head, you’re doing great.” With some help Vegeta sat up getting into a squatting position, feeling the baby drop even more. He proceeded to push again, finally feeling the burning sensation of crowning. "Just one more, hon. Just one more." Vegeta took another shaky breath, closed his eyes and pushed hard. Gently, Goku slipped the rest of its body out, his lovers body relaxing. “Its a girl.” After cleaning out the baby's nose and mouth the two saiyans listened for a cry.
The room was silent, except for Vegeta’s panting, but a few seconds later a loud wail echoed across the room. Grinning Goku handed the crying infant to vegeta, who cuddled her in his arms, smiling tiredly. This moment was short lived as his body seized up as another contraction flowed through him. “Easy hon you got this.. ” Vegeta nodded closing his eyes and pushing again, baby number two was on its way...

To add an ovservation to the question above for the sake of mpreg science (hehe) I believe boobs are mostly the result of sexual selection. All that extra fat and padding isn't truly necessary to produce milk. I breastfed, and I still don't really have boobs. Just genetics I guess, lol. So someone who didn't really have it to begin with won't necessarily end up with them even if they have mammary glands.
