There's a relatively unheard of artist,
Jagal, that I stumbled upon. I don't know if she's open for commissions or not anymore, but I highly recommend her. Seriously, this was very inexpensive, and it was also extremely fast turnaround (as in, I commissioned this on the 22nd, and I got it back on the morning of the 24th).
