So here's Big Guy again. I went on vacation and before I left and noticed he was bulging at the sides where his front legs would grow, but they hadn't poked through yet (this was yesterday morning). So he was very much still tadpole, and I come home today and saw he has full arms. He grew them within 24 hours and his tail is smaller as it does as he gets bigger. I was so shocked because I didn't think it would happen so fast, but then again I had researched the warmer the temperature the faster they grow and I haven't installed an air conditioner in my room yet (and probably won't if it helps them so much) so that could be why. He's all dirty because he just came out of the water bowl I had set him in to make sure he uses those lungs and gets used to land. I have wingless fruit flies which are small enough for him to eat, he hasn't yet though because he needs to settle in first but I'm going to watch when he eats and how much he does. I have a whole bunch of logs in his tank and stuff, he hides a lot but I'm sure it's to settle in. He's been exploring a bit.
Anyways, Friday or so another one should be big enough to join him, and next monday another with both of them. Then I'll have to monitor the others for their hind legs because they were much smaller than the big ones, so it'll be a while yet for them. I'm so excited though, they're growing up! :')
