Done as a gift pic for Sunblaze, cause I like the character, I think it's cute. I had this, horrible, horrible habit of doing this 'foggy' outlining on shaded pics. Makes it look really bad and fuzzy. Bleh. It's a shame too, cause I really liked the head on this.

On the head: I agree, it's awesome!
On foggy: that's a kind of style, isn't it? I mean, if you're trying for hard outlines, then foggy isn't good, but foggy itself isn't inherently wrong. Is it?
