This makes great use of complementary colours! I mean, the bright, yellow eyes contrast the dark purples and blacks on Eioren. Also, the yellow intersparsed with the purple from a corner in the background not only make a strong effect but also form a light source that forms a fitting highlight along Eioren. In fact, the background works together with Eioren's corporal language, exprssion, and even glowing eyes into something fierce. Eioren's mane also looks pleasant.
