body of water surrounded by sand, I typically spend my time up on shore, reading a book in the shade. The sound of the water is delightful to read to. Being in the water? Not so much.
If anyone has critique on the perspective or pose itself, I would love to hear it. I want to get better at more interesting camera angles.

I see you as leaning back to look up at "us", but the left hand also leaned back a bit, not going straight down, which makes for a slightly unstable position - which may be what you wanted. I just looked at the line of the arm going down (just visible) and the lines of the bottle going down, at a significantly different angle to show a difference.
But the POV is really fun to do, and makes for a cute picture! (And a tiny bit of teasing - is that dark wah fur, or a shadow, peeking near the bottom of the towel in front? Hmm.)

I love her expression. It makes her look so sweet, and rather shy. Though I suppose I would be, too, if a bunch of strangers found me while I was wearing nothing but a towel. Though it does give the picture an interesting feeling of serenity interrupted. Poor girl. I quite like the perspective, too, and the way the sand has given under her weight. It gives the picture a bit of a tactile dimension, and it's just one of those little details that really brings you into the moment. Very nicely done!
