Sonic CD has my absolute favorite version of Sonic in any game, and that opening movie still blows me away. So i did some sketches trying to match that style, then i had the idea to try and draw other Sonic characters in the Sonic Cd style, I only had room for Knuckles but he came out pretty cool.

I 100% agree with you about this being the best version of sonic!! I recently stumbled upon that sonic CD intro about a year ago and i now try to draw my Sonics similar to it. pretty much I take a bit of SATAM version and add CD version to it. to me that's the perfect Sonic. My friend (when we were kids) had Sonic CD, but i never seen the intro until now. such a huge thing I missed in my sonic childhood.
