I was trying to do a full image, a base reference, but I couldn't make it work tonight. So have a rough head reference I prettied up instead >.=.<
As you can see, he's based on the same species Razor is, but with a number of differences. He's also supposed to look a bit more bulky in the face and neck.
Also, the white and light grey worked out as I'd hoped, sort of a sterile lab feel going on.

Unlike Razor I'm making Irso's neck rather short, so about where his neck ends in this image is right about where his very bulky traps start. His default size is going to be considerably more bulky than Razor, and maybe a foot or so taller. Though he can go down or up through his various methods.
