a new monster character reference sheet, which i gotta say, i'm hella happy with his design. here's a bit of extra information about him.

it has no sense of sight or speech due to the crossed out eyes and the mouth on its face doesnt retract the tongue, therefore the tongue blocks the passageway that any words could possibly come out of. it uses its tail mostly to actually devour things and is extremely fast with the multiple limbs, making up for the lost senses. also, it has little brainwave receptors on its head, connecting to the collar by small wires so that it can transmit various sounds through the speakers rather than speaking. without the collar, its almost more frightening because theres no indication as to where it could be hiding. finally, the little things on its jaws are almost like filters. they go directly into the line of where it needs to breath so it helps out its tiny nostrils so that it can detect the pheremones that its prey lets off easier
