I believe this is Miklotov from Suikoden II - a series I'm not too familiar with, so apologies in advance if I screw up the names or anything.

It' one of those games if you saw it you'd probably not really know what to expect from the box alone. I got it on a whim, cause I was starting to get into RPGs at the time. What I was not expecting was such a large cast and flowing story. IF you ever get the chance, give both a spin.
