Hey there folks! Here's my first piece of art in a while... and it's a gift for somebody else oddly enough ^,^
Anyway this is to
takinoue as a gift for his birthday and for the fact he's been helping me with several stories... and has done several pictures for me as well ^,^ Thanks!
And here's a quick little story to help set the mood and explain this one <w<
It was almost Father’s day when Jordan and Toni passed by an unusual sight. A photographer with a large rocking keldeo set up with a cute backdrop offering cheap pictures to parents of their children riding the rocking horse. It was Jordan who initially suggest they get a photo of Toni riding it as a surprise present for their papa and after much coaxing he got the reluctant Toni to climb onto the toy and timidly smile for the camera despite blushing and fidgeting out of nervousness and embarrassment.
Lucky the impromptu photo session went quickly and despite having to sign a few things concerning contact info, which seem kind of strange, the two were soon on their way with a precious photos in hand. Sure enough the Professor loved it and put it away in his “Fond Memory” collection… but that wasn’t the end of it. Less than a week later they received a call with some… interesting news, the photo shoot had turned out to be a contest being held by the photographer as a bit of a publicity stunt. After all the photos had been taken he’d put them out and let the people who passed by vote on which one was the cutest rider of all. Due to her embarrassment making her look like a camera shy little girl Toni had ended up getting the most votes and winning first prize…
Which turned out to be the Rocking Keldeo itself.
After much pouting, blushing, and complaining about how she didn’t need such a childish toy Toni finally allowed them to put it in her room and did her best to ignore it… at least when she’s certain nobody else is looking. She’d never live it down if she got caught happily giggling as she rocked back and forth on her little pony.
Anyway here's hoping you like it Takinoue =3 Cause I had fun making it~
OH! And in case you didn't notice I tried out a different style here using thick, colored lines exclusively... how does it look? =3 let me know and I may use it again.

oh....man i'm out-of-date.
oh, and about the "thick outline", it's actually similar to what MLP:FiM uses.
I....just now noticed and/or read the rest of the description....
My opinion?
Don't use it all the time.
It's nice and different, but I think it would be better if used to "break the mettle", if i'm using the term correctly.
