I love this tail! It is just a flat white with full black guard hairs, giving it a really impressive overall look despite the simplicity of the two options separately!
Bir modeled this tail, I think she would've run off with it if she had the chance too!

Did you get it from Bir, or is it from someone else? Matting is normal for tails to an extent, unless they have guard hairs (in which case they don't mat very much). I don't know what you mean by 'faw stuff,' sorry. Brushing and shaking out usually does the trick, did the tail by any chance get damp? That can really kill the straightening.
Hmm... If you send us pics or something to skahllybirtails[at]gmail.com , maybe we can help better by seeing the issue exactly! We definitely want everyone to enjoy their tails as much as possible, especially if it's matting more than it ought to be.
