Here is my latest character, N-Var. He is a Luminoth from the Metroid games using the color scheme that was not seen in the game but is listed within the lore.
The original can be found here.
Once again done by the awesome
as part of a trade.
****Backstory****
With the war against the Ing looking like a loosing battle, the remaining Luminoth decide to enter stasis chambers and sleep until the war's end. All except two, U-Mos (the current Sentinel of the Great Temple) and N-Var. Records were not documented pertaining to N-Var in hopes that it would keep the Ing or their allies from interfering with his mission.
N-Var was sent off-world in hopes of finding the Chozo hunter known as Samus Aran, and enlisting her help to come back to Aether and fight off the Ing. With no luck tracking her down he decided to take a drastic approach and, knowing of her past encounters with them, lured a Space Pirate vessel to Aether. He then sent an anonymous message to the Galactic Federation about the Pirates, who responded by sending a gunship and ultimately Samus herself.
The current location of N-Var is unknown, there is rumor however that after sending the message to the Federation he set out looking for the remaining Chozo to gain their support in the conflict and help in rebuilding.
****Details****
Not much is known about the Luminoth specifically. They stand around 13 feet tall and come in two colors, grey with red markings and black with blue markings, N-Var being the latter. They are capable of flight and other psionic powers including the generation and manipulation of energy.

Yep, I've never seen another and insectoids are few and far so I figured what's better than knock out two problems at once?
Metroid is by far the best game series if you ask me, I have emulators on everything I can so that I can play Super Metroid no matter where I am or which device I have. Of course I own all the games, and systems they play on, except Pinball and Other M. Doubt I'll ever own/play them, "Adam" was annoying enough in Fusion so I have no desire to play Other M. The franchise needs more love outside it's own games though.

Being a Metroid fan even I played Other M despite that it felt like some anime fan-fiction, I LOVED Prime Pinball since it was two things I loved put together, the only Metroid I haven't played ALL the way through was Return of Samus. I gotta do that one again from the start.
