Presumably this is sung to the great Anglican hymn tune "JERUSALEM" which is credited to one Victorian by the name of C. Hubert H. Parry - but as we can clearly see from this story chapter, it must have been composed by some anonymous elf, centuries earlier. Most likely Parry heard it in the forest when a child, and later subconsciously recalled it while reading a scrap of poetry by William Blake.
