It's not just a question. I meant a more aggressive and angry question against who has wasted a life of a being thing.
But I don't know the expression of that in English.

"wasted a life of a being" are you referring to those who have caused death? example being bombers,terrorist,etc. Anger comes in two forms,it can be used to resist something,or to simply hate it. We usually find something that a person has done or is doing that we hate,but its not hating the person as a human being. There are words that can connect such as Sorrow which means as a "Noun: A feeling of deep distress caused by loss, disappointment, or other misfortune suffered by oneself or others." Or as a "Verb: Feel or display deep distress." Then we have the word" Rebuke: Express sharp disapproval or criticism of (someone) because of their behavior or actions." Hope this is useful
