People are stupid when it comes to character theft. Colors and markings can't be owned. Unless those markings are super, super original which I highly doubt can happen. But if it seriously looks exactly like another character and even have similar names then there could be a problem. But that's not the case. People are just being stupid.

Anyways, I love that tail! It's so fluffy and I love how the stripes fade down her tail! :D
