Oh, now this guy's worth a thousand words - I'm sorry I don't manage that many!
The design itself is very unique; I like how mask-like his face is. You did great work on the texture of his face. Same goes for the weathering of his metal armor. The rain coming off his left ear protrusion is pretty realistic, and whatever he's looking at makes for a great lighting effect!
