The heroine/villainess of the first story/comic idea I ever came up with many, many years ago and my all time favorite personal creation - Gabrielle is, in many ways, a visual extension of my own inner feelings. For instance, this image was created shortly after I broke up with my most recent gf of six years. I've personally never felt so betrayed and abandoned in my short life and it was a rough time for a good while. I couldn't conceive of a better way to vent this out than to depict the moment Gabrielle loses all faith and love for the former idol(s) of support in her life. So, I drew this up.
Not the best image I've ever done, of course, but I like it and it's a chance for me to share more of this character with you all. I hope I can share more images of this character in the future as I truly enjoy drawing her; even though many images of her are quite melancholy.

well one of the more interesting things about Gabriel is that she has no ears. Rather she has a very sensitive patch of skin on her face, sort of like the Lateral line of a fish. On its own it doesn't pose a problem, however something in Gabriel's past gave her face a massive scar.
The organ itself is much easier to see in this image, its the brightly colored rainbow part on her face.

Just prior to this Gabrielle lost all faith in her former master, a master she'd been struggling against the entirity of the story and is completely giving in to the manipulations of Alshin (Gabrielle's mental counterpart who's been working against her since Gabrielle's initial fall from grace). Losing all control over her emotions, Gabrielle's body becomes consumed by them and her appearance henceforth becomes like living fire.
