I usually don't post works in progress since I always feel that my pictures must look horrible while they're in this unfinished state. However I have become increasingly frustrated, and the client is happy with it either, with my ability to send status updates to them. I know that file sizes are to big and they are JPEG format but several attempts have been unsuccessful. Therefore I am breaking my usual rule. Also I usually like to keep client conversation private but both him and I want to see a resolution to this job.

 Abakan I made the following changes FW190A8:

1. Slimmed the drop tank so it is not so bulbous.

2. Moved the Pitot Tube to the outside starboard wing.

3. Move the inner wing MK108 30mm cannon inward so the cannon barrel now passes through the landing gear well.

4. Enlarged the head armor

5. Readjusted the perspective on the propeller. I hope this is better now, it is the best I could get from posing a model and studying video footage.

6. Simplified the national and tactical markings and have color blocked the Defense of the Reich color markings.

My goals this week are to finish all the initial work on the remaining background elements. Hangar, tarmac and if I am lucky the far background figures and the towed 190 and the tractor.
