Ok well i have come across this diet it is something most dr's in the world use on people that need to lose wight fast for heat surgary. i know me like alot of other furs wont to lose wight so i thort i would help you guys who wont it. this will make you lose wight prity fast and its a safe way.

any way you eat the three meals 3 days a week AND you MUST ONLY EAT WHAT IT SES TO EAT ON THE DAY i cant stress that enuff if ya eat what your ment to eat then a lollie it will not work. allso your ment to drink ALOT of water.

As for water a doctor told me one of the biggest health problems with people today is that they are dehydrated and that you should drink half your body weight in ounces a day. For example I weigh 230lbs so I should drink about 115oz or basically a gallon of water a day.

look for it in some diestist shop, but its a bit expensive. its a bit more realistic than that diet u posted :p basically u have to drink that water bottle with with it and the lemon, and u cant eat anything for a week, so u can erase more or less 3kg. theres other way too, do the same for a month but with a meal per day.

Plus proportions and food proposed is not healthy at all.
It's way better following a diet for at least one year :change your whole way to eat, less fat, more vegetable, banish junk food.
for exemple:
breakfast: 1fruit (it is only ONE fruit a day!) or one drink of fruit juice, milk + cereal/bread( one portion) +cofee/tea (no sugar)
Lunch: 100gr of meat/fish, 100gr of rice/pasta, one dessert (yogurt/cheese)
Dinner: 100gr of meat/fish, 100gr of vegetable, one dessert
To bannish: fat food (peanut butter, pizza, junk food), sauce, every excess.
To do: regular sport, vegetable and water at will, see a nutritionist if necessary.
With that kind of dier, I lost 15kg in one year, now I can go shopping and wear everything ;)

Hehe... I don't want to loose weight. I want to loose fat! :P While building muscle.
Makes you rethink the phrase "loose weight". Well good luck to all those who are partaking in this adventure. Just keep in mind, it doesnt look like something that would be entirely "healthy" to keep up in the long term. The best way to loose weight is 500 calories under what you need to mantain your current body mass. That way you loose a pound a week, and you should maintain all of your muscle mass. You could aim for a bit more per week but thats up to you. Just don't kill your body in the process. :P
