RainbowBeak requested his character giving balloons to  Lonewolf_Delta Now, I struggled a lot with this one, because  Lonewolf_Delta's character is roughly based on two different pokemon, but is not EXPRESSLY either . . . and he also isn't recognizably a pokemon, I mean, it kind of looks like a character you'd find in Okami. Anyway, I waffled back and forth as to whether or not this broke the rules, and I decided to just give in and let it pass THIS TIME. Don't expect me to give, like, an brown-recolor of Mario the same courtesy.
