So I guess two things:
1) I really love SAI's crayon tool
2) I really like drawing characters that aren't mine
The things I do when I get bored and have all sorts of free time. Lately, it's culminated in either doodles for friends, or sketch work for this other project I'm working on. Horray! In any case, just a surprise doodle for a friend, because I had some free time and was also slightly bored.
