-EDIT-: I'm certain that I'll be changing some things on this lass. She's got some markings I need to add and remove.

I do believe I am finally finished with her and I'm actually quite proud. This turned out rather nicely in my opinion. Since she is a newer character I will probably be editing this whenever I come up with another marking or bit to add.
Anyways, the tools used were Paint Tool SAI and a mouse.
