Tarko McGraw is wanted on account of a recent massacre that happened in the lordship's ball where he and his highway fur team raided and stole hundreds of thousands in valuable items, with many fatalities inflicted towards the royal guard and attending guests. Arson is also susepcted from the evidence of the building left in a post-fiery ruin the next day. Suspects have manged to capture a brief image of Tarko's face as he and his men left the carnage and with the goods; black longish hair with a sweeping asymmetric fringe, menacing expression, muscular with perfect definition in his body and a large hanging coat opened at the collar. He is currently one of the few who are wanted by the Marines with a bounty exceeding 100,000,000 berries and Marine Headquarters are offering 170,000,000 berries for the capture of Tarko "BladeWhipper" McGraw dead or alive. ;3
