(DEAR FA - MOAR DINOSAUR SPECIES INDICATORS PLZ)
So this is a work in progress shot of my latest "soft sculpture" creation. I say "soft sculpture" because she's kind of a mix between a traditional plush and one of my needle felt dolls or soft sculptures.

As you can see, she has a wire armature skeleton to make her poseable; her head and feet are all sculpted from polymer clay; her body has been covered with foam to give her mass; and now I'm in the process of covering her with a scaley fabric.

I'm definitely using this method of foam-sculpting for any new projects coming up....
