He's shining because of the pure awesomeness that move is displaying... see look at the walrus guy in the corner... those are tears of unfathomable joy and the cat chick in the other corner is shielding her eyes because such manliness is simply overwhelming.

Not sure about the guy who is getting owned... I'm sorry to say that it sucks for him.
