The captain of the Britannic wanted to beach the ship. Boats started to lower without permission by the captain. The stern starts to rise and the propellers were still spinning. 2 of the lifeboats started to move towards the propellers. They were smashed to pieces and those on the boat perished. But one nurse jumped out just in time. So 30 people died.
