i actually have no idea what toku is or what you are refrencing xD i just though it was funny how on every forum i'm called wizard xD
though my nickname stemmed from when i was younger, i was the "poke-wiz" on a forum, then i joined another with that name and another and another until eventually the poke part was removed and i was just called wizard

"Toku" is short for "tokusatsu," or special effects in Japanese. It refers to the kind of SFX that use a lot of live-action, practical effects like squibs, flash-pots and guys in rubber/latex full-body monster costumes. The Godzilla movies are a good example, as is the Super Sentai series (known in these parts by the American adaptation, Power Rangers) and the Kamen Rider series, of which Kamen Rider Fourze and Kamen Rider Wizard are a part.
