I woke up Early this morning to get these guys some food and water. Noticed them yesterday, but didn't want to get too close. Got close enough to feed them, but didn't wanna take a chance and get bit. The Animal Control guy goes home waaay too early. BUT There is a happy ending. Animal Control cam by and has picked them all up. They are on their way to a non-kill shelter.

PLEASE Fix your pets! PLEASE never dump puppies like this.
