I just woke up. Might have more later. Only crit I have is...is he wearing anything at all? It looks like he is, but I can't tell if that's a Speedo or if he's covering up something with a hand for being bashful.

The lighting effect with the sun through the blinds looks real inconsistent. A few of those lines are really off-kilter making it look like he has blinds that are extremely broken. If you want a better effect, do the opposite there. Draw a giant rectangle of light and use a very soft brush for the shadows that each slat is casting.
