so it's been 2 years since I bought this 2002 wrx and even tho it's still pretty much stock it does look a lot different

the building isn't there anymore, off course they put it down a couple of weeks later, but I thought it'd be nice to redo the photoshoot since the car has changed, unfortunatly I was passing by when I had the idea and only had my phone as a camera
on the first pic, everything was stock except for the yellow fog bulbs and a AEM cold air intake, here's where I wasted my money in the last 2 years:
-17" BBS RK from a wrx spec R1, powdercoated STI gold
-Magan racing coilovers
-Whiteline roll center adjustment kit
-6000k HID
-4 Hella 500 driving lamps
-3" catless HKS downpipe, jdm STI mid pipe, STI spec C RA-R axelback
-probably much more that I forgot
it need some love, the transmission is whining(will be replaced soon) and the body is rough, but it'll be done

I also have rust on the quarter panel on the other side, plus the clear and paint is cracking at some places, but overall it's not alarming
and yeah I'll bring it at FF, most of the repairs will be done by then, I'm driving my 240sx to AC mainly cause it has a working AC in it and I don't trust my wrx's transmission since it's whining quite badly, I'll get it changed after AC

Ouch hopefully it'll be ok for FF. I just installed front and rear shifter bushings, but snapped a bolt while trying to do the steering rack bushings, the shop I went to didn't install them for me when they extracted the bolt so I haven't gotten around to installing those yet. My mods are on hold due to a loss of employment, was just about to get a Cobb AP before that happened.
I would if it was less of a pain to remove and install it, it'd be easy to get it off if it wasn't blocked by my skid plate which is a bit more of a pain to get off since all I have is 1 jack and a driveway x.x
I'd get it powdercoated tho, paint would get chipped easily in winter(QC road in winter = sandblast)

pretty much all the time, worst under acceleration, some gears are more whiny, but there's also a constant whine probably on one of the end bearings because it follows the speed of the car I already have my new transmission, I'm just waiting for my mech to have some time to do the job, he's been busy working on bigger projects recently(mostly race cars and rally cars)
yeah it is quite low and a bit unstable on mine, but I do have a check engine light on, I get a knock sensor code(which doesn't seems to be a problem, probably a faulty sensor), evap system code, and faulty catalytic converter(running a catless downpipe)
I actually thought the rough idle was caused by the catless downpipe, but I think the 500 rpm shouldn't be a problem, mine never stalled at idle even tho it's unstable
