The legs and hip/abdomen region seem to be the trickiest I agree, but you managed to keep flareon's cuteness intact. I'll be sure to keep in mind your chu's big tail when drawing him whether I draw him anthro or feral ;)

Hmm, well for me my body shape is more refinely shaped than a regular pichu,as you've seen in my crying pichu and "What chu got there?" pics. It's a lot closer to a real mouse anatomy, at least the body is. I haven't decided yet whether to change the style of my ears but I like how you drew them in my avvie and until I come out with another ref of my character it's pretty much like the official ears, and I notice some of your pics draw the ears differently but it's ok, until I come up with something cuter. So mainly the body shape and the ears.

Another point would be the eyes, but I change my style of drawing the eyes often it doesn't matter to me, but I especially like Digi's, so you can try that eye style if you like. These are hints though, just a few minor points to keep in mind.

well, I know you were told this already, the tail is the only thing I should change a bit to be more round at the beggining. other than that, it looks very accurate and the eyes even if they are different from the official they are cute as yours.
